Key noting the World Anti-Doping Association Annual Education Conference

We delivered the keynote address to anti-doping educators from around the world on using human-centered design to effectively teach and communicate WADA guidelines to a variety of stakeholders and athletes. This was coupled with a series of breakout sessions focusing on empathy mapping to bring forward the variety of learners who may need content and unique messaging to successfully remain compliant with anti-doping regulations.
