For almost the past decade, she brought a feminist and user-centered approach to evaluation, design, and strategy within the international development industry. She specializes in designing and using evaluation on behalf of learning, adaptation, and relationship-building. You can count on her to lean into complexity through systems analysis, guiding change processes, and way-finding amidst the messy middle.

Jennifer is an evaluator and instructional designer with skill in transforming complex ideas into comprehensive prose. She integrates interdisciplinary training in evaluation, adult education, and program management to design learning experiences—from evaluation to curriculum writing— that are engaging, inclusive, and spark new thinking. Jennifer brings a detail-oriented mindset to collaboration and ensures quality and curiosity are part of each journey.
