We are partnering with the Global System for Mobile Association (GSMA) to support mobile operators in integrating digital inclusion as a core business strategy—beyond Environmental, Social and Governance compliance or corporate social repsonsibility.
Our work will help mobile operators redefine, design, and measure digital inclusion efforts more effectively. We are developing tools and strategies that position digital inclusion not only as a social good but as a critical driver of customer acquisition, retention, and market growth. Through research, reporting guidance, and thought leadership, we aim to elevate digital inclusion as a powerful lever for systemic change in the mobile sector.
